	SCHEDULE OF SERVICES AND FEES	FEE:
	EDUCATION CLASSES & EVALUATIONS
1.	ADVANCED ALCOHOL AND RELAPSE PREVENTION EDUCATION - 18 HOURS	$15.00/Hr.
	An 18 week program designed for the individual whose alcohol or drug use has begun to manifest ongoing negative consequences. This program includes 12 Hours of Alcohol and Drug Education and six hours of Relapse Prevention. There is a $15.00 enrollment fee.
2.	ALCOHOL & DRUG EDUCATIONAL SERIES:	$15.00/Hr.
	This is a twelve week program, meeting weekly once per week in a group setting. Designed to provide a working knowledge of the addictive disease process. There is a $15.00 enrollment fee.
3.	ALCOHOL & DRUG EVALUATION:	$35.00
	This includes a complete profile and recommends a course of action for the client.
4.	ANGER MANAGEMENT EDUCATION	$15.00/Hr.
	A program designed to identify and resolve anger/violence issues and how to recognize how anger can become an addiction. A twelve (12) or eighteen (18) week program. $15.00 Enrollment fee.
5.	ANGER MANAGEMENT/VIOLENCE EVALUATION	$35.00.
	To determine the extent that anger negatively affects lifestyle, rules out chemical use as source of anger. Indicates potential psychological issues that may go beyond violent acting out. The fee for this also includes an Alcohol & Drug Evaluation.
6.	D.A.I.P (Domestic Abuse Intervention Program)	$20.00/class
	This is an 18 week educational program, designed to evoke responses from clients. Sessions are held once weekly for two hours in an intense format to encourage clients to recognize their own cycle of anger, belief systems and behaviors. The $35.00 enrollment fee includes an Anger Evaluation and an Alcohol and Drug Evaluation.
7.	INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING	$35.00/Hr.
	One on one counseling for the individual who cannot make scheduled classes, or to assist those less comfortable in group settings to become more open and honest about their problem(s).
8.	PARENTING CLASSES	$15.00/Hr.
	Raising responsible children is no easy task. Action Recovery offers Parenting classes to parents and guardians to increase their awareness to the responsibility of raising children and help educate them in developing healthier relationships. Enrollment is $15.00. Classes are held once a week for one (1) hour, for 12 weeks.
9.	PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION (FULL MMPI) Includes an A & D Evaluation	$80.00
	To determine if other problems may be present which are contributing to the client’s negative behaviors and choices.
10.	RECOVERY AND RELAPSE PREVENTION SERIES:	$15.00/Hr.
	This is an ongoing group to help client's identify their specific relapse cycles. It has been designed for those clients who have relapsed or are at high risk of relapsing. It is also for those clients who have completed the 18Hour Education Program who later come up positive on UA's. This is in conjunction with a 12 step program by the individual. This is a sixteen (16) week program. $15.00 enrollment fee.
	TREATMENT PROGRAMS
11.	ORIENTATION FOR INTENSIVE AND/OR SUPPORTIVE OUTPATIENT	FREE
	This is not a requirement, however, it is recommended so clients learn the rules of the program
12.	INTAKE FOR INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT AND/OR SUPPPORTIVE OUTPATIENT	$40.00
	This is a required part of the Intensive and/or Supportive Outpatient Programs
13.	INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM	$110/Wk
	A six week program consisting of nine (9) hours of services per week and two or three individual counseling sessions per month. There is no extra fee for our individual sessions (as there are in other companies). This is a structured curriculum of chemical dependency education, cognitive change and group processing. Classes are held three times weekly for three hours. Total cost is $700.00. That is $660.00 for the classes and $40.00 for the required intake. The fees can be paid weekly at $110.00 per week. If the class fee is paid in full within two weeks of enrolling, it's reduced to $650.00.
14.	SUPPORTIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM	$55/Wk
	A ninety day program consisting of one or two, 2-hour sessions per week and one or two individual sessions per month. This is a structured curriculum of chemical dependency education, group processing, and cognitive change. Total cost is $700.00. That is $660.00 for the classes and $40.00 for the required intake. Clients out of pocket expense will be $55.00 weekly. If the fee is paid in full within two weeks of enrolling, it's reduced to $650.00.
	TEXAS DRUG OFFENDER EDUCATION PROGRAM AND DWI SERIES
15.	TEXAS DRUG OFFENDER EDUCATION PROGRAM (TDOEP)	$100.00
	State mandated 15-hour program required to reinstate a revoked license. Held every 2^nd & 4^th Tuesday in five 3-hour sessions. Available in English and Spanish at our Main & Pasadena offices only
16.	DWI 32-HOUR REPEAT OFFENDERS PROGRAM	$250.00
	Held at our Main office and Pasadena only. Spanish is available at our Main office only.
17.	FIRST TIME DWI PROGRAM (12 HOURS)	$80.00

Texas Drug Offender Education Program – 15 Hours (TDOEP) - Available in English & Spanish (Main & Pasadena Offices Only). Classes are held every 2^nd & 4^th Tuesday of the month. Classes are from 6:30 –
9:30 p.m. Tues – Fri and 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Sat.

Texas 1^st Time DWI Intervention Program –12 Hours (English & Spanish) Classes are held every 3^rd or 4^th Thursday of the Month. Thursday and Friday are from 6-10 p.m. and Saturday morning from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Texas DWI 32-Hour Repeat Offender Program (English & Spanish) – Classes are Mon & Wed,

6:30 – 8:30 p.m. for English and Tue & Thurs, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. for Spanish. Classes are for eight weeks.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) Groups are held Monday through Wednesday from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Supportive Outpatient Treatment (SOP) Groups are held Tuesday & Thursday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. or from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Orientation for Treatment – This is free and is held every Monday at 6:00 p.m. in the main office

NOTE: Makeup classes for IOP & SOP are held in the Houston office from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

PASADENA DWI/DOEP CLASS SCHEDULE FOR 2005

Texas Drug Offender Education Program (TDOEP) class times are Saturday& Sunday 1 – 4 p.m. for 2 ½ weeks. This is a 15-hour program that is certified by the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (TCADA) and is necessary in order to get driver’s license reinstated.

1^st-time DWI class is offered Friday 6 – 10 p.m., Saturday 1 – 5 p.m. and Sunday 1 – 5 p.m. This class is a 12-hour class, certified by TCADA, for clients that have only one DWI and need to get their license reinstated.

Batterers Intervention/Domestic Abuse Program

ALL ABOUT RECOVERY is pleased to announce the introduction of our Batterers Intervention/ Domestic Abuse Intervention Program (B.I.P.P./D.A.I.P). Estimates are that six million women a year are beaten in their homes. Out of fear, many women never report their abuse. Over thirty percent (30%) (Some estimates are over fifty percent) of all murders of women in the U.S. are committed by intimate partners.

ALL ABOUT RECOVERY has designed a program to address Domestic Abuse and Violence:

D.A.I.P Domestic Abuse Intervention Program

This Eighteen (18) week program (One 2-hour session per week) involves an extensive intake interview which includes an Alcohol and Drug Evaluation and an Anger Evaluation. If alcohol and drugs are found to be a contributing factor in the domestic abuse, then this will need to be addressed in a separate Alcohol and Drug Education program to reduce the risk of repeating the behavior pattern. The group format includes dealing with anger, boundaries, sexual respect, belief systems, power and control, emotional and physical abuse and male privilege. The client’s progress is based on their own participation and willingness to change. The enrollment fee is $35.00 and each two-hour session is $20.00.
