Mission

All About Recovery seeks to enable client to achieve the maximum physical, emotional and social adjustment during the course of their education, and to provide continuity of care through appropriate collaboration with the community and/or agencies available.

About Us

All About Recovery, Inc. (All About Recovery) is a private, for-profit cooperation, founded in 1998, operating three office locations that provide services to residents of Greater Houston Area.  All About Recovery provides comprehensive, individualized outpatient alcohol and drug treatment for those individuals and families who suffer from the effects of chemical dependency and who desire recovery.   We also provide drug education, domestic violence, anger management and parenting classes.  We strive to provide an effective treatment program meets the spiritual and physical needs of chemically dependent individuals.

Our main office is located in North Houston, and we have a satellite office in Pasadena.   We offer programs in both English and Spanish; our Spanish program is only offered in the North Houston location.  All offices provide services Monday- Friday 9:00am-9:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm. The main office is also open on Sunday from 9:00am-12:00pm.  All of our sites are located on the Metro bus line. The facility is fully licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services.

All About Recovery employs a multidisciplinary team of licensed therapist including Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors, Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers. All of our education staff is certified by the State of Texas and Education Instructors.

Our Management Team is lead by Bobbie Romero, CEO. Bobbie J. Romero LCDC, AAC has been in the addictions field since 1987. Mrs. Romero brings understanding and compassion to the counseling of offenders as well as a firmness and confrontation. Mrs. Romero has worked with the substance dependent criminal justice population for over 15 years. Mrs. Romero has over 10 years of administrative and program management experience. She has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of All About Recovery for 7 years.  As Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Romero manages the day to day operation of the company.

All clinical services and staff are directed by Doreen Lowery, Program Director. Doreen Lowery is also an LCDC, AAC and has been in the addictions field since 1985. Ms. Lowery has worked in a variety of outpatient and residential chemical dependency settings.  Ms Lowery has worked with a diverse population and understands the complexity of treating chemical dependency issues.  Ms. Lowery has over 20 years of experience in the chemical dependency field, 13 of which are in management. Ms. Lowery has been the Vice President and Program Director of All About Recovery for the last 7 years. As Program Director, Ms. Lowery manages all clinical and educational services.
